My Subscription

Do I need to regularly manage my subscription?

Not at all. You can either select your favourite category of socks or simply use the ‘Surprise’ option and let us personally choose your socks at no extra charge. Your subscription will then renew automatically.

Can I subscribe to more than 1 pair a month?

Yes, you can choose a subscription for 1, 2 or 3 pairs of socks per month.

Can I change the category and number of socks I receive every month?

Of course! You can simply log in to your account and update your preferences at any time. We ask you to do this up to 48 hours before your next pair of socks is due to be sent, otherwise, these changes may only be applied to the subsequent month.

Can I have more than one subscription?

You can purchase as many subscriptions as you like, either for yourself or as a gift. However, you will have to create a separate order for each subscription as only one subscription per order is allowed at the moment.

What other benefits can I expect?

As a new customer, if you’re not completely satisfied after the first month, we’ll offer you a full refund. We just ask you to let us know what went wrong so that we can continue improving our products and offer you the best service.

My sock drawer is full! Can I cancel my subscription?

One cannot have too many socks, but if you’d like you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We must receive your request at least 48 hours before your next payment is due, otherwise your subscription will continue into the next month.

If you have paid in advance for a 6 or 12 months subscription, the cancellation will apply to your next payment only. We will continue sending you socks throughout the duration of your subscription and won't issue any refunds.

My Socks

Can I select the type of socks I receive?

Yes, definitely! This is where we differ from other subscription services. We give you the option to select the category of socks you’d like to receive each month or you can simply use the ‘Surprise’ option and let us personally choose your socks at no extra charge.

What foot size are the socks?

At the moment, the men’s socks we supply are a standard UK size 7-11 (EUR size 40-46).

What leg length are the socks?
clear

The length varies depending on the style of socks. Our range of Classic, Fashion and Fun socks are a standard half calf length, our Sports socks are a crew length, while our range of Trainer socks are a low-cut ankle length.

What are your socks made from?

Amounts vary from supplier to supplier, but the vast majority of our socks are made with a blend of Cotton, Polyamide and Elastane. We also offer a range of Bamboo-based socks. Every time we send you a new pair of socks, we will let you know about their composition.

How do I take care of my socks?

We recommend that you wash your socks between 30° and 40° C, turning them inside out. Do not bleach your socks, avoid ironing and keep them away from the tumble dryer as it will help increase the rate of wear and tear… and stop the mysterious sock-devouring effect of dryers too!

Delivery

When will I receive my socks?

Once you’ve subscribed, you should expect to receive your first pair of socks around 3 to 6 working days later. Thereafter, you will receive your socks around that same date, every month. Please bear in mind that during busy times of the year (i.e. Christmas) the service may be slightly early or delayed.

How much does delivery cost?

If you live in the UK, we’ll deliver your socks for free! Unfortunately, we aren’t able to ship to other countries (or the Channel Islands) at present.

I don’t live in the UK. Can I begin a subscription?

Sadly, at the moment, that isn’t possible. Our socks subscription service is presently only available in the UK (we aren’t able to ship to the Channel Islands either).

How is my delivery made?
clear

Your order will be processed and despatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class, that aims to deliver it within 2 to 3 working days. So you should receive your parcel up to 6 working days from placing your order.

Can I track my socks delivery?
clear

Unfortunately, no. As your order will be sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class, you won’t be able to track it. However, if your socks haven’t arrived within 6 working days, please contact our Customer Service team.

What if no one is at home during the day?
clear

That’s certainly not a problem! Our package is designed to be small enough to fit through most standard letterboxes and no signature is required.

My address has changed.

If you’ve moved, simply login to your account and update the address for that particular subscription. Bear in mind that you need to do this at least 48 hours before your next pair of socks is due to be sent, otherwise we may start processing your next order with your previous address and won’t be able to change it in time.

I’ve supplied you with the wrong address during subscription. Will I be able to change it?

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you. However, if the item has been despatched it may not be possible to amend the current order, and your best option is to contact your local Royal Mail sorting office.

The category of socks I’ve received are not the ones that I ordered.

Please contact our Customer Service team and we will sort this out as soon as possible and send you the correct socks.

I ordered two pairs of socks but only received one. What should I do?

If there’s an item missing, please contact our Customer Service team and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible.

I’m presently barefoot and still waiting for my socks - what shall I do?

If it’s been more than six working days since you’ve received an email confirming that your order has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team who will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

I’ve received a faulty pair of socks. Can they be replaced?

We perform a quality check before sending your package of socks to you, but in the unlikely event that you receive a pair of socks with a fault, please email our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to replace them.

What if I don’t like the socks I’ve received?

If for any reason you’re not happy with the pair of socks you’ve received, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you accordingly.

I’ve received a refund – when will it appear in my bank account?

Your refund payment should reach your bank account within 7 to 10 working days. If it has not, please notify us.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe to process payments by major credit or debit card providers. You can also pay via PayPal.

When will I be charged every month?
clear

Your first payment will be processed at time of purchase and then the following monthly payments will be automatically taken around the same date.

As an example, if you make the first payment on the 15th of January, the second payment will be taken around the 15th of February (unless it’s a weekend or bank holiday, which in this case it will be taken on the next working day), the third payment will be taken around the 15th of March and so on.
